Social growth dashboard concept with audience and activity panels
Visual concept for facebook metrics

Begin with one Page

Record the public URL of the Page you want to evaluate. If your business has multiple locations or projects, keep each Page in its own row. This prevents audience counts from one destination being compared with post activity from another.

Check the Page name and image when you revisit the link. A consistent destination is the foundation for every later measurement.

Track the audience count

Record followers at a regular interval, such as the start and end of a campaign. If Page likes are displayed and relevant, record them separately. The two labels describe distinct actions and may not move together.

Add the date beside each figure. A number without a time point is difficult to interpret, especially if the Page publishes more content or changes its promotion plan during the period.

Review posts and conversations

Choose the posts published during the period and note reactions, comments, and shares for each. A simple table can reveal which topic or format attracted response without hiding the performance of quieter updates.

Keep post links next to the figures. If one update is the focus of a post likes package, that direct URL identifies the content more clearly than the Page home address.

Read video measures separately

Video view count and accumulated watch duration answer different questions. Record both when available, and compare videos with similar formats or lengths when you want a more useful interpretation.

A short clip and a longer demonstration may have very different viewing patterns. Our watch time calculator can help you understand how average session duration combines with view count as a planning estimate.

Turn the review into a decision

End the report with a short observation and one next step. Perhaps visitors respond to demonstrations, or a Page description needs a clearer promise. The purpose is to improve the next piece of content or campaign choice, not to produce a large spreadsheet for its own sake.

When comparing packages, map each potential purchase to the specific metric and destination in the report. That makes the reason for choosing followers, likes, or views visible to everyone involved.

Example: a four-week Page report

For a four-week period, a team records the Page URL and starting follower count, then lists each published post with its direct link. At the end, it records the new follower count and summarizes reactions and comments by post. Videos receive separate rows for views and watch duration.

The report does not claim every change came from one package or post. It simply keeps the observations organized so the team can decide which content and audience questions deserve attention next.

Keep the report small enough to use

A useful report can fit on one page: destination, dates, audience counts, a handful of key posts, video measures where relevant, and one next action. Add a definition beside any rate or calculated number so someone else can reproduce it.

The purpose is to make a better next decision. If the team sees clear interest in one video subject, it might make another installment. If visitors cannot find the Page's contact action, it can fix that before investing in a larger campaign.
