Reporting copyright concerns to HitsBoost.

HitsBoost publishes its own service pages, guide articles, and images and displays limited customer comments. If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, this page gives a practical route to identify it and contact us. It also explains how to respond if your material was removed in error.

Scope of this page

This policy concerns material hosted or displayed on HitsBoost pages, such as an image, article passage, graphic, or published customer comment. Facebook posts and profiles are hosted by Facebook, not by HitsBoost. If the material exists only on Facebook, use that platform's reporting process rather than asking HitsBoost to remove it.

A disagreement about delivery, payment, or a review's accuracy is not automatically a copyright issue. Our contact page and Refund Policy explain how to raise those topics. Use this page when your claim is about ownership of creative work and an allegedly unauthorized use on this site.

What to include in a notice

Email [email protected] with the subject ‘Copyright notice’. Identify the work you own, explain how you own or represent the rights, and provide the exact HitsBoost URL where the material appears. A screenshot can help us locate the disputed portion if the page is long or has changed since you found it.

Please include your name, email, a way to reach you, an electronic or physical signature, and statements that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized and that the information is accurate. If you represent an owner, state that you are authorized to act for that owner. Do not send sensitive credentials or full payment information.

How we review a report

We first check whether the notice identifies material on HitsBoost and gives enough detail to locate and evaluate it. We may ask for missing information or temporarily disable access while we investigate. A report does not prove infringement by itself; context, permission, licenses, and legal exceptions can matter.

When a complete report points to a likely problem, we may remove or replace the material, contact the person who provided it when appropriate, or take another reasonable step. We may keep a record of the report and response so we can document what happened and address repeated issues.

If a removal was mistaken

If material you supplied was removed and you believe that happened because of a mistake or misidentification, email the same address with the subject ‘Copyright counter notice’. Identify the removed material and its former HitsBoost location, explain the error, and provide contact information so we can respond.

Where a formal DMCA counter-notification applies, additional statements and jurisdiction information may be required by law before restoration can be considered. We will explain what information is missing if that process is relevant. We may share the substance of a counter-notice with the original reporter as the applicable procedure requires.

Good-faith submissions

Copyright notices and counter-notices should be accurate and sent in good faith. Knowingly false claims can harm creators and publishers and may carry legal consequences. If you are uncertain whether your concern is copyright, a licensing dispute, a trademark issue, or an ordinary service complaint, describe it to support first.

We do not claim ownership of customers' Facebook content merely because a public link is used in an order. Our review process concerns material that HitsBoost itself displays or hosts. We may restrict repeat infringement or abuse of the site when the facts support that action.

Other rights and evidence

A photograph can involve a photographer's copyright, a person's likeness, and a brand mark at the same time. This copyright process addresses claimed unauthorized use of protected creative work. If your concern is a trademark, privacy, or publicity issue instead, identify the exact HitsBoost page and explain the right involved so our team can route it appropriately.

Keep copies of the original work, the page URL, and the date you observed the material. Those details make a report easier to evaluate if the page changes. We may request a license, ownership record, or other context where two parties give different accounts of who may use an image or passage.

Contact and updates

Send copyright communications to [email protected] and include ‘Copyright’ in the subject line. The contact form can also route a message, but email is better for a notice with the complete details. You may also send written correspondence to HitsBoost, 42 Broadway Suite 12-497, New York, NY 10004. We do not represent that this email has been registered as a statutory DMCA designated agent.

This page may change if the site adds new publishing features or a formal registered agent. Its privacy implications, including how we retain and share a report during review, are covered by our Privacy Policy. For ordinary website questions, use the contact page.
